Branson Airport
Branson Airport (nothing to do with multiple entrepreneur Sir Richard Branson or his airline Virgin Atlantic) is a public airport in the US State of Missouri. It is the only privately owned, privately operated commercial service airport in the United States, and has big plans for expansion.
Location
Branson Airport is located 8 miles (15 km) south-south-east of the central business district of Branson in Taney County.

Facilities for disabled people
Since Branson Airport is a privately owned airport we were expecting a lot of information on their accessibility facilities and services for passengers with special needs.
Sadly, the only mention of accessibility can be found on the airline-specific sub-pages. The accessibility facilities of the airport itself are not listed or mentioned in any way anywhere on the website and the information on the airlines’ pages is not adequate in our opinion.
You can find the specific “special needs” subsections on the airlines’ sub-pages through the links below:
Sun Country Airlines: Passengers with Disabilities and Special Needs
AirTran Airways: Passengers with Disabilities and Special Needs
For wheelchair assistance or any other special service please contact your airline or travel agency in advance.
